Applications for two scholarships to be presented by NYTB at Saratoga Race Course on New York-Bred Divisional Champions Day, Friday, August 12, are now open and due by May 6, 2022.
The Gerald A. Nielsen, Sr. New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. Scholarship, and the Debby Malloy Winkler New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. Scholarship, each recognize a full-time student currently enrolled in an equine-related undergraduate course of study at an accredited college or university in New York State.
Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students.
Complete applications for consideration for each scholarship must either be mailed to NYTB at P.O. Box 5120 Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 and postmarked by May 6, 2022 or submitted electronically to info@nytbreeders.org.
Scholarship winners will be notified in writing by NYTB by June 20, 2022.
